One of the worst service experiences I’ve had. The dealership performed a very superficial diagnosis on my A/C issue and quickly recommended replacing the compressor — without properly testing the A/C pressure sensor, which turned out to be the actual problem. They charged $180 for this poor diagnostic work, and even added $15 to the bill for technician gloves. Very disappointing and unprofessional for an official service center.
Don’t bring your EV here to service. They clearly aren’t training their mechanics to service EVs despite selling both the Leaf and Ariya. Waited a week for them just to acquire basic equipment (multimeter) to help diagnose the problem. Then they wanted 2K to remove the motor and power distribution module without even testing the insulation of the battery which based on the codes was the probable cause of the HV isolation vault.
