Don’t bring your EV here to service. They clearly aren’t training their mechanics to service EVs despite selling both the Leaf and Ariya. Waited a week for them just to acquire basic equipment (multimeter) to help diagnose the problem. Then they wanted 2K to remove the motor and power distribution module without even testing the insulation of the battery which based on the codes was the probable cause of the HV isolation vault. Would not recommend. Spent $175 as a diagnostic fee to have the wrong diagnosis. Waste of time and... read more
