Zach was great to work with, the whole crew was very helpful to get me the car I wanted for the price that worked for me.
One of the worst service experiences I’ve had. The dealership performed a very superficial diagnosis on my A/C issue and quickly recommended replacing the compressor — without properly testing the A/C pressure sensor, which turned out to be the actual problem. They charged $180 for this poor diagnostic work, and even added $15 to the bill for technician gloves. Very disappointing and unprofessional for an official service center.
