I had a 600SF addition done to my residence in Kenilworth. At the last minute the township needed a detailed storm drainage study. Renato of Bernardes Engineering was quick to respond to my request and provided detailed drawings for permit submission. Everything was in order and the project was approved and completed successfully. Thank you Renato for a great job.
Just wanted to say thanks to Renato & Team for the exemplary work and direction they provided for our home rennovation projects. We added a two-story, roof-covered deck to our lagoon property which required a variance from the town planning board. We also completed a kitchen modification that required removing a load-bearing wall and resupporting the home's 2nd floor in that space. This firm is highly professional and detail oriented. I initiated a project as a non-professional developer with the desire to build new commercial construction on a vacant lot in a redevelopment zone in a town with a somewhat rigorous multistep approval process. The completed site plan more than satisfied all zoning requirements while still retaining all of my desired design elements.
