I'm a labor only shop so my customers bring there own parts, if needed I do help finding them though. The parts stores are all just a few blocks away so it's no problem getting what is needed. My overhead is lower than most so I pass that onto the customer making my labor rate very competitive that and no parts mark up means my estimates generally are half the other shops in the area.
