Unprofessional. Admitted an error during closing and when it was questioned, we were told “you are right but I don’t have time to fix it.”
This practice was chosen by the buyer of our home to process the paperwork for our sale. The front office staff seem very professional and knowledgeable. However, when we met with Larry to sign our paperwork to sell our home, it seems he didn’t read the contract that was drawn for sale and seemed very easily frustrated by questions.
