This is a terrible agency to work for the worst one I came across yet. They pay minimum wage and anytime you or you child are sick Richard wants to know the exact diagnosis which is not okay at all. If you’re in the hospital those doctors notes don’t matter to them. I sent over my doctors note and Richard’s response was well you should have went to work so they can see how sick you are them selves while having a doctors note from an emergency room. this crosses so many laws and regulations and peoples privacy.
