Very nice Doctor office and staff. Recommend
Dr. Cooke needs to better train the front office staff on communication etiquette. I feel they are just following his apathetic lead in service. The two front office girls he has there now are so unprofessional. For example, over the phone I was told to quote: "pee" in a cup when describing a needed return to the testing lab and Dr. Cooke told the front office to tell me over the phone "to drink more water." And the two unprofessional front desk girls consistently verbalize my personal information out loud when talking to me... read more
This is one of the friendliest/nicest offices I’ve been to in LA. I switched from a terrible doctor and have been searching for primary care for a year. I’m very happy with the service, the staff are all incredibly helpful, and I’m so happy I finally have a doctor that seems like they care about me.
Dr. Cooke has an awesome bedside manner.
