I would not recommend this law group to anyone. If you want your case to take way longer than it should and for your case file to transfer multiple hands and be confusing the entire time with lack of communication most of the time. My case was simple and basic compared to the driver of the vehicle that I was with who had to have multiple reconstructive surgeries, spend a month in a rehab facility, and do many many visits of physical therapy and everything and she's been settled for 2 months now yet the person working on my c... read more

I recommend Bernard Law Group 100%. After my accident they didn’t just focus on money, they made sure I was healing and had the right doctors. My paralegal always picked up the phone or called me back, even after hours once. I felt supported the entire time. At times I got frustrated waiting on insurance to respond but they kept telling me to trust the process, and they were right. The settlement was worth the wait.

Completely let down with this law group. They took on a case for my son and I. The biggest thing that I felt heard on was how overwhelming this whole process was.. after we began working on the case they have completely ghosted me. I have emailed, called and have not heard back from anyone. It’s been 6 weeks since I have actually spoken to someone and I have no clue how to proceed at this point. Never will I recommend them to anyone.

I got hit pretty bad at an intersection in Seattle and honestly I was freaking out, didn’t even know where to start. Insurance kept giving me the run around and I felt lost. The lawyer at the Seattle office kinda just took over and told me “don’t stress, we’ll handle it,” and that was a life saver. I still had questions all the time (probably too many lol) but they never made me feel dumb.
