Fred Matise had a 10:00 appointment for a lung scan. When we arrived at 9:40 to the outpatient check in. They asked if he got an X-ray but we were not told about an X-ray so at 10:00 they did an Xray whick took about 7 minutes. The staff told Fred to take a seat and they will call him. After waiting 50 minutes to be called to go to Neuculer, I asked the staff why Fred is still waiting when he had 10:00 appointment. They had forgotten about him and when we got to Neuculer Fred had to wait behind all the patients that had sign... read more
Dr. Kim is an exceptional clinician and physician who genuinely cares about his patients and their families. He treats my medically fragile son with respect and kindness. I offer my highest recommendation for Dr. Kim. Both personally and professionally, he is a true gem.
I was seen right away. Dr. Kim was very thorough in his explanation of the options for evaluating my condition, and he wasted no time in putting a plan together. He was very easy to talk to and He spoke on a level that can be understood by anybody.
Dr. Kim is a fantastic doctor with amazing bedside manner. He saved my life 3 times. His team of RNs are wonderful along with the rest of his staff. Highly recommend.
