What a pleasure and a surprise our experience was yesterday in Dr. Bernard Gran’s office. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and Dr Gran was great. He performed a detailed exam asking my uncle many questions, as well as answering all of mine with patience. The office was very punctual, which is difficult to find today in Miami. We were out within an hour, which made the experience easier for my uncle. I would highly recommend this office .
