I’ve called Bernard Family Electricians twice now for help at my place and both times I was really happy with the service. Russell showed up right on time and kept me updated about when he’d arrive, which made things easy for me. The prices were fair, and I could tell they were straightforward and trustworthy. I had a great experience with this electrician service. Joe came out to my home and installed multiple outlets and new light switches. He made sure everything was done right and was very careful with my place, even cleaning up after the job was finished. When I had a sudden power outage in my bedroom—unrelated to his work—Joe took the time to troubleshoot the issue, spent about half an hour fixing it, and didn’t charge me any extra for the help. russell and his teammate recently replaced our electrical panel. they were real pros and made sure to leave everything neat and tidy when they finished. they also really helped out by working with the city inspector to make sure everything was up to code. i'll be calling bernard family electricians again for any electrical work i need!

we found a light switch acting up at my mom's place in trabuco canyon. called for an electrician the next day and joe arrived around lunchtime. he rewired the whole switch box, put in new switches, and changed out the old cover. the work was super clean and professional, and joe explained everything in simple terms. great customer service and really good quality. we'll definitely call them again whenever we need electrical help.
