I don't know much about electrical stuff, so when I turned on a light and saw smoke coming from behind the switch, I got really worried. I called a friend, and he recommended Bernard Family Electricians. Joe came over and was extremely friendly and explained everything to me in simple terms. I had a great experience with this electrician service. Joe came out to my home and installed multiple outlets and new light switches. He made sure everything was done right and was very careful with my place, even cleaning up after the job was finished. When I had a sudden power outage in my bedroom—unrelated to his work—Joe took the time to troubleshoot the issue, spent about half an hour fixing it, and didn’t charge me any extra for the help.
