You call, no appts left. You state "Emergency" they say "we don't do emergency appts" You ask what to do, they say "I'll give the doc (Carlin) the message and he will call you back AFTER office hours, he's the ON-CALL doc, too. This office used to be wonderful, you call/are seen that day. Now it's ridiculous wait times on the phone, rarely do you get an appt when sick, prescriptions are not called in, a 4-day wait for an asthma inhalers! Now IT's the ER, Urgent Care or CVS MinuteClinic for us

Very good at record keeping, in fact most of your visit will be spent on that, and don't interrupt. But for a simple sore throat or rash you will likely be referred to a specialist.

Dr Carlin is exceptionally thorough & logical. He takes time to address questions & explain anatomy. He asks for patient feedback to insure you understood & make sure you are satisfied with an explanation. His diagnostic method is remarkably organized and he always reviews & confirms your case history from the beginning. He doesn't rush an appointment. He leverages specialists well and can get you in. A lot of time documenting, not his fault.

I wish I could give no stars. Please save yourself time, money, and stress. Find another practice. Everything to do with this practice is impossible. Perception refills, seeing the dr, wait times, etc.
