We found Dr. Medin, thoughtful, courteous and knowledgable. Pleasant and easy to speak with. He took his time answering all our questions, carefully considering options with the condition presented. His nurse was excellent also. Just a very nice experience over all.
I had a good experience with Dr. Yu before. Recently, I try to make an appointment with Dr. Yu. After left a message in business hour, I had a good wait for reply more than a day. I call again, the receptionist hung up the phone. I call them again, set up appointment, the receptionist hung up the phone again. On the day of appointment with Dr. Yu. I was told there no appointment for me. The office lady not letting me see Dr. Yu even I told her I have sharp pain on my eye. She reschedule me!
