We recently completed the purchase of a home at Vail Dunes in Rancho Mirage, CA from Kenneth Bernard and his company, and it was the worst experience one could imagine. Ken is a vile businessman who shows zero respect towards his client, or the contracts that he has entered into. I'm pretty confident this is the worst law firm in the country. It's run by Kenneth Bernard who has the worst reputation imaginable. Ken Bernard also does shady real estate projects and the stories of how he trys to rip off clients is disgusting. Do not ever do business with anyone from this company.
I would never even for a second consider using Ken Bernard or anyone associated with his firm. He is one of the rudest and shadiest individuals I have ever had the displeasure of doing a business transaction with, and I'm shocked that's he's even licensed to operate.
