Dr Heckman was primary care physician to my elderly parents. Unresponsive and borderline belligerent to his children, who were legally responsible for their healthcare. Never visited my dying parents in the hospital, never spoke to attending doctors, but aggressively questioned our decisions. Terrible. He needs to retire.
