They have been very professional and responsive to my requests for various types of dumpster rentals, and delivered & picked up in a timely manner. Cecilia is always very polite and works at juggling schedules to accommodate my time lines. I have used Bernal Bros many times in the past 6 months and have always received excellent customer service from them. Note: Cecilia is kept pretty darn busy and if she doesn't answer the phone just give her a bit of time and she'll get back to you.
Great service and fast
I have used their services for years, Ramon and Cecilia are always helpful, on time pick up and drop off is a plus.
very rude, not very patient ..hung up on me.. because she didn't like my tone of voice..please avoid these people .. the lady sounds like a girl scout leader.. and shouldn't be running a business
We used their service for a large dumpster when we moved into our new house. Staff was friendly and professional.
