Always very fast and courteous. We have used Bernadette's for many years on and off. They make you feel like having lice is nothing. The natural formula has barely any scent at all and you can treat your hair and go about your day. It doesn't dry weird, it's almost conditioning. The comb is much better than anywhere in stores too, so I tend to grab a new one of those with it. Seriously, stop showering your kid's in who knows what and give it a try. The bottle lasts a long time.

Exceptional!! My daughter is away at college and was worried she had lice. We called to see if the product we had from a previous incident was still good. He confirmed it would love longer be good and mailed a new bottle to my daughter at college and it was received the next day. This establishment is the best and never lets us down! True professionals that ease your mind! Highly recommend.
