I moved out due to lazy management. People tryied yo break into my apt. The police was called & never showed up. Plus i had no hot water for almost a year. I did get part of my deposit. The manager lied saying she will not charge me cleaning. I did all the cleaning. She lied & charged me anyways. Not good to live in
HORRIBLE place to live. The neighbors are cool but there are roaches, termites, mice and rats on the property. You can't even open your back bedroom window because the trees and power lines are how the rats get around. If you move in you WILL NOT get a deposit back no matter how clean you leave your apartment. I moved out in August 2016 and I still haven't gotten my deposit back.
