Great company to work with
I am writing this review because I unfortunately had to deal with Berna during a condo-wide project in my building. I have never encountered a crew so unskilled, invasive, and unprofessional. They consistently failed to complete their work as scoped. Despite explicit written instructions, their crews repeatedly left our water turned off at the end of the day and failed to reinstall our toilet multiple times. Job came in under timeline and under budget. Space was left clean and service was professional. Can’t really beat that.
Our Lincoln Park Condo building has used Berna Construction / Precision Plumbers for sewers, risers, and other major plumbing projects. They have been very responsive, performed well, their cews are professional, and been a pleasure to work with. So we keep using them. When faced with substantial unforseen changes to the scope of work in the middle of a big project they were very fair in renegtiating the costs on the fly. Highly reccommended.
