I was very disappoointed with my experiences with Dr. Berudez. On my new patient visit, my history was taken, I had a static EKG, and a two minute chat with Dr. Bermudez. He revised the medications that had been prescribed by the Cardiologist I had been a patient of in Virginia for 10 years before moving to Florida, withoiut questioning why this was different than the usual protocal. Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? No Was this provider's office too loud? No, it wasn't too loud Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Was the waiting area spacious? Yes

Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Absolutely! I'm confident they will work hard to find the best solution for me Did this provider show attention to detail? Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous

No, they were on time Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed Are you going to visit this provider again? Sure Did this provider answer all of your questions? Yes

Did this provider have reasonable prices? Yes Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes. Would you recommend this cardiologist to others? Yes Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Yes, they've stayed open late when I've needed help
