Quiet place to live. HOA is the most reasonable logical I've encountered
Nice quiet safe neighborhood But the HOA is ridiculous Extremely petty and the commen areas look awful...so they don't practice what they preach. It's a real shame how incredibly silly they get with what they call violations...we just want to enjoy our home and property.
I have lived in this neighborhood for nearly eight years. Every three-ish years, a group of dictators take over the HOA and do a lot of damage to the neighborhood. The last dictatorship destroyed the community website, spent excessive amount of money from our funds suing a bunch of people in the neighborhood over stupid crap, and tried to overstay their time on the board, resulting in the management company having to get lawyers involved to get them removed.
