Shower was broken, TV remote and TV was broken. Body hair found on comforter. Comforter smelled like body odor. Gross sticky carpets. Very loud drunk guests constantly. Manager was on the phone was clueless and laughed about my complaints when I brought them to a subordinate . He didn't realize his unhappy guest was standing in front of him when he was briefed on it. Expect to smell weed, your room to smell of cigarettes, and an AC unit that does whatever it wants. Did not refund.
Please do not read the negative reviews on this hotel! I'm being 100% honest and this hotel is pretty nice for the price, very clean rooms, staff are nice, and ZERO bugs! We stayed back in August of 2024 on the 6th floor in a 2 queen bed room which is the top floor with ocean view and balcony but you can only get rooms like that upon request.
