Very Disappointed in the care my relative received at Bermuda Run Nursing and Rehab. The center was fairly new and the family was excited to get a bed in this facility. However, after just 2-6 weeks we were very disappointed and looking for another facility. Very Few staff wore ID's and we could not tell Nurses from CNAs nor did we know names of employees.
