Terrible C.S. management push around the homeowners to fix things, not even going to look at what happened. Also, in the clubhouse, and office it's a mean person who doesn't help the public well. I spent an hour waiting to ask a question while the guy was on the phone mistreating others, they just don't care to do a professional job in person or by phone. Also, someone is using an address there as a point of selling probably stolen items in building 18 apt 107

Horrible Complex and Service. They continue to raise fees with little to no care for residents. Outdated elevators, Outdated Washers and Dryers, Dirty Pool. Where do all the maintenance fees go?
