Bermuda glass is excellent! We took our Subaru Forester in because water was leaking inside the car. We thought our sun roof was leaking. They told us the drains in the car were plugged! They fixed the drains and kept the car overnight to dry out the interior. It looked good as new! Exceptional service
The store itself is clean, but the owner’s behavior is a major concern. He comes across as extremely rude and unprofessional, often speaking disrespectfully to both customers and employees. He also appears overly fixated on small amounts of money, which creates an uncomfortable atmosphere. No communication, even though we've texted several times, including sharing photos. He said he can repair it, but once I got there, he said he is not capable of fixing it. And he lied he didn't get the photos. Seriously? Poor excuse man. Then for what have we talked about so far??? I had a great experience with Kirmac Collision & Autoglass. The team was very professional, friendly, and helpful throughout the whole process. They fixed my car quickly and did an excellent job. A year ago, I had my auto glass replaced by this company. Recently, I had it redone, and I was extremely disappointed with the work. They cut the metal in half and applied urethane in a very unprofessional manner.”
