I had a root canal done here and the team was absolutely exceptional! I was nervous and they didn’t make me feel uncomfortable at all. My root canal had to be done in two separate appointments, which isn’t fun but they made sure I was never in pain. I was offered a blanket during the procedure and Dr. Berman made sure I was comfortable. She was so kind and even gave me her cell number to text her after my appointments. Everything from start to finish was perfect. My procedure ended up taking two appointments and both times I was taken back promptly. Everyone is very friendly and put me at ease after mentioning that I have lots of dental fear. Dr. Berman was very kind and considerate during the work and was always checking to make sure I was doing well. She also called the day after to check and make sure I was doing ok. Everything exceeded my expectations! Thank you.
Dr. Berman and her entire staff were excellent! She helped me when a hack of a dentist messed my mouth up. So I had to get a root canal through my new crown and I was pretty bummed. However, Dr. Berman provided great care and her staff was very attentive. All of my calls and texts were promptly returned. Other Doctors wanted me to wait months for a consultation ….which is crazy but her staff got me right in. She even gave me her cell number . She is a rare diamond. I have had a couple procedures done with Dr. Berman now and cannot say enough good things about my experience. The irony is that I am referring to getting a root canal done. Nonetheless, Dr. Berman is incredible at what she does and is amazing with her patients. She explains everything so well, and the procedure itself is seamless. I expected to have a lot of pain afterward, but ended up having none. I am a baby when it comes to pain, and I did not even need to take a Tylenol afterward.
