I stopped in here without an appointment due to some starter problems. I was greeted immediately while in the car by a friendly, smiling positive face that turned out to be Nicholas. He made me feel that I was in the right place. He'd take care of me immediately and nothing was a problem. He kept me aware and was extremely professional. I felt he was someone I could trust. I definitely see management material in Nicholas -- his presentation, his attitude, his manner and his ability to communicate with customers.

I recently took my Impreza in for an oil change without an appointment. After I drove into the service area, I was asked to wait for a service rep. After a few minutes Lonnie came over from the parking lot area and asked how he could help me. I said oil change-no appointment and he got me in/out pretty quickly. Lonnie also went over recommendations from lady (!!) mechanic who did my oil change & checkup. I had been putting off having rear brakes replaced for some time, decided to pull trigger on that.
