We bought our last Subaru from a dealership in the suburbs that had excellent reviews, but turned out to be just like every other terrible car sales experience I’ve ever had (and then they tried to pay us to give them a 5* review). Uneducated sales team. They remind me of a typical used car salesman. Dealership is very outdated and run down looking.
I recently had an excellent experience at Berman Subaru. I’ve lived in Chicago for a while, but I’ve continued to take my Forester back to my old dealership in Michigan because I was wary of being pressured into unnecessary services at a new place.
