Berman Property Maintenance & Construction was recommended to me for General Contracting work. Two people have even told me they have other jobs that are more important. I really get the impression that because this job is for a single-family home that won't produce major revenue, they aren't interested in doing the work! If you don't do this kind of job, don't advertise you will or say sure when I contact you! It's a waste of both our time and extremely bad business.

I have only used their maintenance and janitorial divisions but I'm definitely pleased and highly recommend them to other property managers and owners. They certainly have earned my trust. I am the owner of several commercial properties that had been neglected by the previous owners. I brought in Berman to help me clean up the properties and then kept them on for the daily porter and maintenance repair service . They have been life savers on numerous occasions.
