This has truly been a horrible experience. I switched to this company in good faith. I was told they care about there clients, yet, I have called for the past 2-3months and keep getting told oh all I can do is pass you message along and they will call you back. However, not once I have received a call back or email. I cannot even let them know how bad the situation has gotten due to the accident and my daughter needing surgery on her knee. Maybe leaving a review will get so one to respond.
When in the unfortunate need for a personal injury lawyer, Marc Berman solved my legal issue and went above and beyond my expectations. Highly recommended.
