Called to make an appointment for an oil change. To me the actual calling sistem is trash. Couldn't make my appointment. Angelo was nice enough to call me right back and he made the appointment for me easy,quick and painless. I appreciated him for his caring that he showed and his patience. The driver's side of my car was clean when I brought it into the garage, as I had washed it the day before. I take great care to keep my car in pristine condition, but when I picked it up, it was dirtier(inside) than how I left it. They didn't use the protective paper for my mat to keep it clean. I also requested a tire rotation, which was completed, but one of the valve caps was missing.
