Infiniti was very honest and did a very good job on my car. Would highly recommend.
Phenomenal experience from start to finish! Dan Gulo was an absolute pleasure to work with…kind, knowledgeable, personable, responsive and above all relatable. Such a pleasure working with Dan in all aspects of the car buying experience. Highly recommend - he wont disappoint!
had to go in for a recall today and an oil change and they handled everything perfectly
Eddie Rivera provided excellent customer service. He kept me informed throughout the maintenance process and offered helpful service recommendations. His professionalism and down to earth approach made the experience comfortable and positive. Although I recently learned that the Kedzie location had closed, I don’t mind traveling a few extra miles for quality service and excellent customer care. Thank you, Eddie, and the team at Berman INFINITI of Niles!
