We just had a fantastic experience at Star (Nissan) INFINITI with getting into a new QX60. Omar and his team were absolutely incredible. They were knowledgeable, welcoming, accommodating, and clearly explained our new lease terms following an equally good experience with our previous Infiniti. Best compliment I can give them is that my wife and I trusted them fully. Come to Star Infiniti for the best!
Terrible communication. I had to constantly reach out to know what was happening with my car, which was said to be done within a week, but really took closer to 6 weeks and I had minimal if any communication because it only came when I reached out and even then I would hardly get any real update just a reply that wouldn’t be followed up on as promised. My wife and I were looking for a new Infiniti QX60. I was fortunate enough to walk into the Niles Infiniti dealership and be greeted by Omar Trujillo. He was very friendly and professional. We went to trade in our Infiniti QX80 for a smaller car and Omar was extremely helpful in finding the perfect car for us. He was able to help my father in Spanish and explain everything clearly and accurately. We initially went in for the regular QX50 but ended up getting the QX50 Sport which is so much better! Definitely recommend this Infiniti dealer and Omar for your next car purchase!
