Michael went out of his way to make sure I was well taken care of while I did not have my car. The service under the new management is outstanding. Michael offers a very high-level and personalized service. I used to go to Barrington but now my car has a home nearby in Niles. I’m very happy with the Infiniti Service offered there
Excellent service at this dealership, working with Angelo/Micheal was very smooth. I was told Gary was the tech working on my vehicle and I can't praise him enough. He quickly and accurately diagnosed my vehicle and repaired it in a very timely manner. Gary and the team are truly an asset to the company.
