VENDORS BEWARE! I have worked with this company on multiple events in Chicago. They hired me for a 2nd event scheduled for September 2024. They agreed to the contract terms which state that the retainer fee is non refundable. They made a credit card payment and I reserved the Photographer for their event.They cancelled 19 days prior to the event. Over a month after the event was to take place, they asked for a refund.
