came to Berman Center for Animal Care at 12:00 because I knew exactly which kitten I wanted to adopt. I spoke with an older bald staff member who told me she was “on hold” until 1:00 PM. I respected that, waited the full hour, and was ready to give her a loving home. The people who supposedly had the hold never showed up. Instead, another family who had NO prior hold was allowed to walk in, grab her name, and take her claim right in front of me. Clean and fantastic place. Animals well taken care of. Highly recommend for people looking for another addition to add to their family.
