This was not a good experience. I found Berliner to be cold and difficult to communicate with.

To put it nicely, Avoid Dr. Berliner at all cost. He is a nickel and dime doctor. I came for my monthly visit and paid for my co-pay of $35. I was told I had a $10 balance and was told by the nurse that the Doctor will not see me until I paid him the balance. To deny service to a patient that requires medical help from being disabled for the past 15 years BECAUSE OF $10, is extremely unprofessional especially from a psychiatrist/neurologist, STAY AWAY FROM HIM IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH.

If your looking for an exceptional experienced.. totally knowledgeable doctor...Dr Berliner is the sharpest knife in drawer.. Got the run around from my personal M.D. ..Dr Berliner took 1 look said you got shingles ..addressed it with medicine before it took over ..What a Guy ..

Extremely poor management. Dr. Gulati and his staff couldn't care less about your overall well being, it is a business and $$ signs to him. His staff is very unprofessional, uneducated and shiesty. Please make sure you pay with your credit card or checks, and keep your receipts because they will rob you. I hope that they are audited, - knowing what I know - it is long overdue.

I'm just not convinced I stick with him. He seems to listen by also multitasks a lot during the appointment. I would like more focus from my Dr. to feet secure and trusting.

Listens and asks questions if I have concerns. Is patient with me and keeps trying new things if my meds stop working or it there is a new treatment out there. Someone wrote on here that he seems disinterested. He may give that impression because he is quiet, but you have to be the one to be verbal and proactive in your own treatment.

I went to see Dr. Gulati because my old neurologist moved and he was taking over some of his patients. I was expecting the same kind of professionalism and response time as my old neurologist's office. Boy, was I wrong. Although I think he is a knowledgeable doctor, I had a really hard time getting a hold of him to write a simple referral. His receptionists were rude and cut me off every time I tried to explain my frustration. I still have no response from him. My advice: see another doctor!

Dr. Gulati was the doctor who finally was able to diagnose my father's deteriorating condition, a rare disease which landed him in a wheelchair with leg paralysis. He returns phone calls!!! He spends as much time answering questions as you need him to! He makes daily rounds to his patients in the hospital. He is everything a doctor is supposed to be. He is incredibly professional, and highly skilled in his specialty. My family owes a debt of gratitude to Dr. Gulati.
