Minus 5 stars if I could. I am fairly new to the West Berlin area and Monday Morning I called your hospital as my 15 year old Bichon was dying and you refused, I repeat REFUSED to see my pet. You used the excuse you are not taking on new patients. Really, a dying pet and you tout yourself as a dedicated veterinarian hospital to all animals.
