Not willing to help out old patients just visiting. They want their money. We just want oral frontline for the dog. Nj ticks are insane. Pulling 15 to 20 ticks off the dog a day. Now fleas. 22.00 oral dose. They want to examine the dog and run the bill up. The dog was just at vet in florida. All about the money. Instead of helping your dog for a simple task. They just lost my entire family and friends as customers. No cares.
Everyone here is great, from the women at the front desk to Dr.Polo himself. All of my dogs will only go to see Dr.Polo. I still travel out of my way since moving because we love it here.
Dr. Polo and all the girls there are simply amazing. They have saved the lives of my pets and kept them healthy for years. I can not imagine not having them to care for my animals. They all treat us like family and all the dogs love them.
1st time there this week and they went above and beyond. After a previous nightmare vet, Dr Moreno went all out and actually cared to find what was wrong with my cat, where a precious vet just guessed and shoved meds with no tests. They called right away with blood work diagnosis and went above what normal offices would do to accommodate me getting my man in quickly to get him on a therapy treatment! Looking forward to bringing the rest of my 4 legged crew into a place that has staff and Dr's that care!
Dr. Polo has been my vet since he started at Berlin Township Animal Clinic so I’ve known him quite a while! Just read the home page of the website and you’ll get a feel for this practice because I can attest that it’s all true. They DO treat our pets like part of their family and they DO give the best care. I have always found Dr. Polo to be very knowledgeable and compassionate. His staff is personable and professional. I have complete trust in Dr. Polo and his staff when it comes to caring for my dear pets.
