We had been doing business with Berlin Packaging for several months and had already purchased multiple cases of bottles and packaging products from them in good faith. We were hoping to build a long-term relationship with the company as our business continues to grow. Very nice and clean place for truck drivers easy access nice and clean bathroom, I had a delivery at 12 PM they give me a door right at 12 PM and unload it within an hour I really appreciate that I believe overnight parking is OK in this facility

The man in the Berlin office was not very respectful and was difficult to work with. He did not treat the drivers professionally. However, the forklift operator in the warehouse was very helpful, respectful, and pleasant to work with.

Long line to wait. Signs no parking in front of the docks. Strickt by appointment time but you can check in early. Can park overnight on the dock doors.
