The man in the Berlin office was not very respectful and was difficult to work with. He did not treat the drivers professionally. However, the forklift operator in the warehouse was very helpful, respectful, and pleasant to work with.
Long line to wait. Signs no parking in front of the docks. Strickt by appointment time but you can check in early. Can park overnight on the dock doors.
Overnight parking available. No gates, just back up to the dock door
