I contacted Berlin Oral Surgery about 2 teeth i needed extracted. The appointment was quickly made with Dr. Boookwater. The office is modern, neat and spotlessly clean. The receptionists are friendly and very professional. Met with Dr. Bookmaker at my exact appointment time (no waiting) who had my xrays ready to review and described the process to me in easy to understand terms. Surgery was scheduled at my convenience. Great experience from all. Very professional and an overall wonderful experience given having a tooth pulled in general is not fun!
This office is wonderful. Clean and quiet. The staff were very patient and kind. My surgeon, Rhonda, was amazing. I had a back molar removed. The longest part about the removal was waiting for the numbing medication to kick in. She was able to pull my tooth out in a single motion. Her team was awesome too. I highly recommend this office, especially if you have high anxiety.
Had 4 wisdom teeth removed I was scared but they made me less scared
Dr. Bookwalter & his staff were very friendly & professional. After my procedure I had no pain or swelling. They called the next morning to see how I was doing & were very helpful answering any questions I had about after care in keeping the area clean. I am very pleased with the office & how pleasant they all were! They're great!
