I have been going to Berlin Optical for years!! They are wonderful!! Vanessa is always SO amazingly helpful with finding frames that work for me!! Dr. Jolly is very thorough and really explains and clarifies any questions I have. The staff are all so friendly and always have a smile!! Thank you, Berlin Optical!!
I have been going here for at least 20years, nearly impossible to get an appointment. I just called and was told to call back next week so I could get on the schedule for July. Unreal, after 20 years? That why I didn't go last year. Time to find someone else who want my money.
This place is awesome! I broke my glasses while on vacation and they fixed them for me lickety-split this morning! The front desk manager was very helpful - I wish I would have caught her name! Thank you!

I’ve been going to a different eye doctor for the past 25 years. Recently switched to Berlin optical. I couldn’t be happier. Nice, accommodating, informative. I should have switched earlier !
