Accidentally left the unit open one night, and the gentleman noticed it next morning. He was kind enough to shut and lock it and call to inform us what happened! Luckily nothing was touched or taken.. Not everyone would have done that so we were very appreciative!
Worst people ever. Locked my unit when they lost my credit card info and cost me hours of work. I paid it, was told it would be unlocked but it wasn't. Then I treated like less than a person when I got upset that I could not access my belongings. Rent is due the first this occurred on the 6th. What kind of business would do that knowing it wasn't the fault of the customer... Don't use this storage place. Go anywhere but here.
