Penn Toyota replaced the screen in my 2024 rav4 prime but didnt update firmware. To fix this warranty issue they require the car for the whole day but havent been able to provide a loaner vehicle for 4 weeks. Always sound annoyed when i call weekly.
Early one morning, before the dealership was open a week ago I had a problem with my new car. The car was working, but when I exited the car and hit the lock button on the remote I could hear the lock engage but the lights did not go off and I didn't hear the normal beep telling me the care was locked. THEY PUT THE WRONG NAME ON MY CONTRACT AND REGISTRATION. I informed Mr. Griffin that my name was wrong on the paperwork, and they said they would fix it. They fixed the name on the contract. However, I do not understand how they got to change my name on the contract without me re-signing the paperwork. That is a little bit scary because if they can change my name without my signature, does that mean that they can change any other information? Also, THEY DID NOT FIX MY REGISTRATION.
