Worse service ever. Came in for my 2pm appointment at 1:50pm. Was told it would be 1.5 hrs for a routine maintenance and battery recall. Here I am at 4:05 waiting here because they didn’t notice me in the lobby and didn’t call me right away when it was finished. Unbelievable.

I ordered a replacement key for my Yaris and was called by Max in parts to say it was in; I needed to make an appointment to have it fitted to my car (approx. 1 hr). After 2 hrs in the waiting room, I was told that I only got the fob--they were out of the keys. So I can start my car, but cannot attach the fob to a key chain and house keys--I got only half of the key set I paid for. I was told that I could order the missing key (only used to unlock the car if the fob battery is dead) but why suffer more? I will NOT go back th... read more
