I ordered a replacement key for my Yaris and was called by Max in parts to say it was in; I needed to make an appointment to have it fitted to my car (approx. 1 hr). After 2 hrs in the waiting room, I was told that I only got the fob--they were out of the keys. So I can start my car, but cannot attach the fob to a key chain and house keys--I got only half of the key set I paid for. After my son took his car in for service, we noticed strange and concerning noises coming from the wheels while driving on the highway, making the car unsafe to drive. Went in for service and had some cash in my center console that I thought would be safe. Got the truck back and the cash was gone. Won't be going back.
