I travel for work. Car started making a squealing sound on Sunday. Called the dealership Monday. They looked at the car Tuesday. Ordered parts to fix the car Wednesday. Picked up the car Wednesday after work. Paid a few thousand dollars to have other issues fixed in addition to the squealing. Started the car, the squealing noise was still present. I’ve been bringing my truck here for a while and have always appreciated the service, but this last visit was very disappointing. When my wheels were removed, the impact gun clearly slipped and left noticeable scratches across the center caps and rims—damage that wasn’t there before. I take very good care of my wheels and paid good money for them, so seeing this level of carelessness was frustrating.
