Don't go here. I bought my boys car here 5 years ago and have been servicing all my vehicles here since. Just took my truck in for tire rotation and oil change. They stripped 3 lug nuts off and want me to pay to have them cut them off and replace the studs and lugnuts. They stripped the bolts. They are the last ones to have the tires off at my last rotation. Even if I wasn't a regular customer they should make good on it.
The BCNP Service Department is GREAT! We traveled from Northern Vermont (3.5 hours) just to come back here. The last two oil changes were quick and convenient. The waiting area is full of snacks, drinks, TV and ample seating. Today they were honest (as usual) and explained that due to a surge of 4-5 cars coming in for their express services (oil changes, typically) at 830am, it would be awhile before our oil change would be completed.
