Good automotive parts people are very hard to come by. This place has a knowledgeable parts staff and the manager, Peter is as good as you could want. 5 stars.
Service staff scheduled me to come back today after they found out last week during my car service that my battery needs replacement. Waited for 2 LONG HOURS only to be told that they don't have the battery for my Nissan Rogue! Some moron in the service department should have known from the start before scheduling me to come back or atleast not wait for 2 hours to let me know! Can somebody please tell the OWNER to look into this incompetence. Thank you. NISSAN ROGUE 2022 SV
A shout out to John & Carla in Nissan Parts. I have worked with them over the years in order to purchase Nissan parts and time after time they consistently go out of their way to offer me overwhelmingly detailed and timely service. From immediately printing out diagrams wtg for me on arrival to having the parts ready when I arrive to calling me the moment they land on their property, these 2 are a cut far above the average parts help any of us get elsewhere! 👏
