Do yourself a favor and just don't! I'd rather drive to NH or MA than deal with this place. As it is this place is an hour from me so requires taking a day off from work only to be a complete waste of time every time. Poor communication skills, listening to respond vs listening to understand are two very different things with the first leading to miscommunication. I tried to make an appointment for an issue with the liftgate that has been present since I bought the car and not fixed on a previous service attempt. Because I live 300 miles from the nearest dealership, I was trying to schedule my car to be looked at again but there was no appointment availability within the one week window that I’ll be in the area and the person on the phone made no effort and expressed no interest in finding something that would work…very disappointing.
I was greeted upon arrival. I was updated as I waited in the waiting area. The work was completed expertly.
So impressed by the Service Manager. Impeccable attention to detail. Her knowledge of what was needed and when made all the difference. She saved me money and time which I appreciate. Everyone was genuinely friendly and went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of quickly and efficiently.
This car dealership goes above and beyond any dealership I've ever dealt with before. The service is impeccable with explanation of 4 wheel drive high and 4 wheel drive low were expleained. Brain in service sales helped me personally with Questions of add on's for my new SUV trailer hitch, etc. Tim personally helped me understand the way features in the SUV worked, paying attention truly to details that I would definitely use for my business and new clients.
