I brought my vehicle in for service today (8/1) while it was a nice thought I didn’t request or agree to the vehicle being cleaned and when I picked it up unfortunately the damage was already done. (We don’t do touch car washes because of paint swirls scratches etc.) I haven’t had much of a good experience here. We took our NX to Berlin City for some warranty/recall work. Our service writer, Santee, was extremely professional, communicated well, and did everything he could to minimize our inconvenience. We were very pleased with the service and the customer relations from this dealership.
Came in for a quick check up on the transmission and rim repair. Santee kept me in the loop and up to date through the whole process. Super professional and kind. I highly recommend both Santee and Courtney here as they are the best and work with you!
I wish there were negative stars. I hope lexus service would not suck as bad as Toyota. Berlin city is horrible. I have 6 cars. 1 lexus 4 Toyotas and 1 Nissan. I would rather have my teeth drilled than deal with these clowns. Buy from anyone but these guys.
