We were in need of a new car but was anxious about going through the whole car buying experience. However, Tim and Liz at Berlin City made this whole process a breeze. We found our perfect car 2023 Infiniti) at a great price (and no haggling necessary), and they helped us with each step (including financing). They provided exceptional customer service throughout, and I would highly recommend them.
I brought my vehicle in for service today (8/1) while it was a nice thought I didn’t request or agree to the vehicle being cleaned and when I picked it up unfortunately the damage was already done. (We don’t do touch car washes because of paint swirls scratches etc.) I haven’t had much of a good experience here.
