I had a rough time getting through to people to get my car looked at …And finally a lovely lady by the name of Courtney took her time to listen and help handle the situation and get me to the right person! Jonathan did a great job communicating everyday with me and found the problem and got it fixed ! I am so thankful and absolutely love my Kia Sportage! She drives better than ever now !!
