Not going to this dealership anymore for service or sales. Poor listeners and over-priced.
I bought my brand new car in May. The salesman was not professional so I had to just deal with the sales manager and the finance manager and then everything was fine. Today I had an appointment at 8:15am for its first oil change entire rotation. The guy said it would take about an hour. I really think this is one of the worst places you can buy a car. 80$ for an oil change that takes 2 hours. Promoto is 50 for 15 minutes. Tire rotation is 54$? Give me a break. I'm never buying a car here again. When I bought this 2023 car brand new, it had issues and I had to bring it in 4x , they wouldn't and couldn't fix it without any errors showing on the computer, even tho clearly there was issues. Finally it got bad enough to put an error on, and they fixed it after driving it for 30,000 miles. They won't fix it unles... read more
Brought my car in for a recall. I left being told the recall was fine but needed 16,000 dollars worth of work. That included a new transmission. Took my car to a local mechanic and the transmission was fine. Slight leak he patched for free. Still great after over a year since that appointment at Berlin.
Had a noon appointment for oil change, tire rotation and vehicle inspection. Was told it may be a couple of hours because they are busy. Arrived 20 minutes early and at 1:50 car still outside the building. Advisor saying that noontime is their busiest times. Maybe they should book a little less for that time slot if so. Left without service as we had other pending appointments for the day.
