Horrible service. You’ll have to pay for diagnostics even though you do the repairs with them (first time that happened to me in my life). I have lifetime oil change on my car and they didn’t honored it. First and last time at this dealership.

I bought my brand new car in May. The salesman was not professional so I had to just deal with the sales manager and the finance manager and then everything was fine. Today I had an appointment at 8:15am for its first oil change entire rotation. The guy said it would take about an hour. Finally at 10:30 I go out and ask them how much longer and he looked and he says oh your car is next in line and the express lane is very busy. 2 1/2 hrs and it's not even in the garage!!!So why did I make an appointment? I really think this is one of the worst places you can buy a car. 80$ for an oil change that takes 2 hours. Promoto is 50 for 15 minutes. Tire rotation is 54$? Give me a break. I'm never buying a car here again. When I bought this 2023 car brand new, it had issues and I had to bring it in 4x , they wouldn't and couldn't fix it without any errors showing on the computer, even tho clearly there was issues. Finally it got bad enough to put an error on, and they fixed it after driving it for 30,000 miles. They won't fix it unles... read more
