Most horrible dealership in the world. I have had nothing but trouble with them for 5 years. My 3-year-old car with ***** miles is on its THIRD battery. I bought it brand new and paid cash. In 2021.And when I called to get it resolved or even to complain I was told that I was banned from that dealership. This is the Honda dealership at the same address. Berlin City Auto took my 2011 ** Tiguan in for service and managed to perform $10,000+ worth of damage to the engine and transmission, verified by the ** dealer in ***************. They have made no attempt to reach out to me and propose a solution. 2 weeks ago they suggested that they could take their flat bed tow truck down to ****** and bring the car up to ****** to validate the findings of the ** dealer. I attempted to purchase a new Ford from this dealership. Alot of red flags. They made statements that where false. They used pressure sale techniques to get me to go against my best interests. I'm not filing a complaint because that is typical car sales but something felt off about their urgency. They gave be a bad feeling, like I didn't want to share any more personal information type feeling. There just always seemed to be another step they needed. Just a heads up. Double check these guys on everything.
I spent 3 days being lied to by a "Manager and his assistant ". First we can deliver it today! The second they had my credit application everything changed! The second had me under the impression that the sales tax was included with the pricing, it wasn't. They literally wasted 3 days of my time and lost the other vehicle we were trying to purchase because they had us believing something that just wasn't true!
