Zack made buying a truck painless. Negotiations were done before arrival. Met with Zack, took the truck for a ride, signed papers and were out of there in less than an hour total.
Thank you for your great service, to everyone. My husband (from Atlanta) broke down, needed a transmission replacement, while on camping trip, everyone in that area was friendly, from dodge, uhaul, storage building and camp site. Would highly recommend.
I'm having engine problems. They refused to work on it. After the ink dries on the contract they are terrible.
Horrible dealershp. Purchase great...was talked into purchasing an extended warranty. Good luck getting anyone from this dealership to call you back. Now that I have an issue that needs warranty work, I cannot get a copy of the warranty after repeated attempts to contact the dealership. I was told by Jeep that the warranty I was sold was not an actual Jeep Warranty and they have no record of it. As a Jeep owner for over 30 years, this is so dissapointing. I do not recommend this dearlership.
