Decent experience overall. Took Ecodrive two days to call me back the first time which was annoying, but once i was standing there it moved quick and nobody wasted my afternoon.
three kids and a dog means third row and nothing that smells. test drove a traverse and a suburban back to back at ecodrive, which you can't do most places because they never have both. went traverse. the guy even pulled a car seat out of my old van to check it fit before we talked money.
credit was rough after my divorce. like genuinely rough. i walked into ecodrive expecting to get laughed at. instead the finance lady spent an hour working through lenders and got me into something reasonable. not the lowest apr on earth but way better than the buy-here-pay-here places blowing up my phone.
second car from ecodrive. they remembered me which was nice
came in for a trailblazer, left with a trax. the trailblazer was a higher trim than i needed and priced like it. my salesperson didn't fight me on switching, just pulled the other keys. back glass still had a smudge after the detail, they wiped it, fine.
