Packed but fast
I was camping at a KOA in the White Mountains and had a check engine light come on. I called this dealership in the morning and Kathy had me in by 9am to diagnose defective DEF heater which had to be repaired or I faced possible shutdown on the highway while pulling a large 5th wheel camper. I had to check out of the camp by next day so this was very timely. Berlin City GMC had parts shipped to them by the next morning. I live in Massachusetts and go to New Hampshire for weekend trips. Berlin city has done all my services for several years now. They advised me I needed front brakes. They did a great job and also found a couple of issues I didn't know about and going to get one covered under my extended warranty. They beat my local dealership by over half the price for the same parts . Highly recommend them
